On the morning of March 2, 2017, leaders from pollution control office of Tangshan City Environmental Protection Bureau and Tangshan City health and Planning Commission came to the plant to check the following matters:
1> Verify whether the type and quantity of hazardous waste received by the hazardous waste business unit are consistent with its approved business scope and scale;
2> Whether the received hazardous waste is consistent with the type and quantity of hazardous waste entrusted by the upstream waste production unit for disposal;
3> Whether the types and quantities of hazardous wastes actually used and disposed are consistent with those received, and whether there is illegal transfer of hazardous wastes to other countries;
4> Whether the operation of hazardous waste utilization and disposal facilities meets the requirements of relevant standards and specifications;
5> Whether there is illegal transfer and dumping of hazardous waste by using the type, quantity and destination of hazardous waste generated in the process of disposal.
