Leting Haichang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive environmental protection enterprise integrating the reception, storage and disposal of ship pollutants and other hazardous wastes. The company is located in the chemical industry park, leting Economic Development Zone, Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
The company covers a total area of 75 mu (50008m2), with a total investment of 170 million yuan (including environmental protection investment of 34 million yuan). In 2016, the company built three production lines, including solid waste incineration, waste oil and water regeneration, and slightly polluted waste mineral oil regeneration, as well as environmental protection equipment and facilities such as sewage treatment station. The disposal andcomprehensive utilization of all or part of the 13 categories of hazardous wastes in the national list of hazardous wastes (2016) can be carried out. The annual treatment capacity is 50000 tons of ship sewage oil and water, 10000 tons of slightly polluted waste mineral oil, 6000 tons of hazardous waste incineration and 20000 tons of fuel oil production.
After the second phase of technical transformation, a new business license category hw01 (medical waste) will be added; a new cleaning workshop will be added to clean and recycle hazardous packages, improve the recovery efficiency and reduce the amount of incineration; in addition, facilities such as hazardous waste warehouse, spare parts warehouse and cleaning room for medical waste transport vehicles will be built. After the technical transformation and upgrading, the annual output of refined oil can be increased by 15000 tons and the incineration capacity is 11920t / A. Phase II is expected to be put into production in February 2020.
